Because our home fashions are custom made for you, they cannot be returned or canceled. Changes can be made within an 8 hour period by informing us by e-mail or phone call. If you have received a product that you believe has a flaw in workmanship you may mail back to us and we will evaluate and have product corrected or replaced for you. We will also refund any shipping charges generated by the return.
Swatches are not returnable or refundable.
Color and texture of fabrics may be different than what appears on your computer screen. We strongly recommend you order swatches of desired fabrics before placing final order. Dye lots cannot be guaranteed, consistency may be slightly different for orders placed at different times.
Pricing and sales change periodically. Previous placed orders are not eligible for sales or special offers occurring after order checkout.
