Ordering Info

Your orders:

Orders are placed within 24 hours of your check out process. Our products are not ready made. Each item is made to order custom. We make every effort to see that your order is shipped out within 15 to 20 business days. Silk Draperies may take 15-30 business days. Swatches of our fabrics will be mailed out with in 2 business days. We can not ship to a P.O. Box #

FABRICS - There is a possibility of a fabric being on back order. If this occurs, we will contact you via email and give you an opportunity to wait on fabric or to re-select.

RUGS will ship in 7 - 10 business days. Rugs that are 8'x 10' or larger may need to be shipped by common carrier semi truck. In this occurrence, shipping times may take longer and driver will not bring rug into home. Area Rugs are not not returnable. However, you may order the smallest size a rug is available as a sample. If you return the rug with in 7 days we will give you a full credit towards the purchase of a larger size. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Occasionally, a rug may be on back order. We make every effort to notify you in this occurrence.

SWATCH ORDERS will ship in approx. 2-3 business days.

RETURNS

Because our home fashions are custom made for you, they can not be returned, canceled or changed once order has be placed. If you have received a product that you believe has a flaw in workmanship you may mail back to us and we will evaluate and have product corrected or replaced for you. We will also refund any shipping charges generated by the return.

Rugs are not returnable. The smallest size available of a rug may be ordered as a sample. If returned to us with in 7 business days a full credit will be issued towards the purchase of a larger size. Customer is responsible for return shipment charges. Returns due to defect, factory damage or incorrectly shipped product will be exchanged at no charge. Please contact us by e-mail before returning product. You must receive a return authorization number from us in order to receive your credit or exchange.

Swatches and Colors:

Swatches are not returnable or refundable.

Color and texture of fabrics may be different than what appears on your computer screen. We strongly recommend you order swatches of desired fabrics before placing final order. Dye lots can not be guaranteed, consistency may be slightly different for orders placed at different times.

Measurement Notes:

Any treatments over 54" wide and drapery panels are not necessarily exact pattern matched.

There is a measurement tolerance of plus or minus 1" in length and width.

Sales Info:

Pricing and sales change periodically. Previous placed orders are not eligible for sales or special offers occurring after order checkout.

We accept Visa, Master Cards and Discover. If you would like to send a check or money order, orders will be placed after check or money order has cleared our bank account.
