As a "newbie" to the world of decorating, although I seem to have the ability to visualize and pick coordinating fabrics, colors, textures etc. but the minutiae of the process somehow seems mind-boggling to me. Susan at DYOD was nothing less than a dream-come-true to work with! She was very helpful, patient with me, and responsive to my every need. I enjoyed the process of working with her from start-to-finish, and already have placed my second order with her...with hopefully more to follow.
